This policy explains what the Digital Assets website collects and how that information is used.

Information you submit

Buyer inquiries store the name, email address, message, selected interest, optional offer/product, and submission time. If you create an account, the site stores your first and last name, email, country, age, contact number, and account sign-in records. Google or Facebook sign-in may also provide your name, email, and profile image, subject to the permissions you approve. These account details are used to create and secure your profile and communicate about the site; they are not sold. Opoy live chat does not require a name or email; it stores messages, timestamps, and a random session-bound conversation token so the same browser can retrieve replies. The owner can read and answer live conversations in the private support inbox. Conversations are removed after 30 days of inactivity. No automatic email notification is sent.

Basic analytics

The owner-only Insights page records daily page-load totals by public page and normalized search terms entered in the AI tools directory. It does not record IP addresses, browser fingerprints, visitor IDs, or analytics tracking cookies. Repeat page loads are counted as views, so these totals are not unique visitors. The owner's logged-in visits are excluded. Aggregate analytics are retained for up to 365 days.

Advertising

Google AdSense is enabled on public pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites. Where required, the site owner must provide an applicable consent mechanism, including a Google-certified CMP for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

Sessions and security

The site uses secure, HTTP-only session cookies for account sign-in, form security, owner access, and returning to an existing support conversation. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not stored as plain text. Functional sign-in cookies are separate from advertising cookies used by third-party services.

Storage and sharing

Account profiles, inquiry messages, live chat, and aggregate analytics are stored in Cloudflare D1. Authentication records are used to manage account access. Google and Facebook process sign-in requests under their own privacy policies when you choose those providers. Product bundle files are kept in private Cloudflare R2 storage and are not publicly downloadable. The site does not sell submitted personal information. External links are governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

Account details are retained while the account remains active. Inquiry messages remain available to the owner until deleted. You may ask the owner to correct or remove account details or an inquiry by contacting them through the inquiry form.

Payments and age

The current website does not accept online payments. Account creation is limited to people aged 18 or older. Do not submit payment card, banking, or password information through inquiry or support forms.
